do Indian Passport holders need visitor visa to China for 10 days

Yes, they need to apply for it at the CVASC office in India. The documents may be required for submission are a valid passport, a photocopy of the photo page of the passport, a fully filled application form attached with a recently-taken personal color photo, and round-trip tickets and hotel bookings.
