About:China Transit Visa

If I am traveling to Manila with connecting flight in Beijing China airport for 4 hrs.

do I need a transit visa? I'm a Philippines passport holder.

No, you don't need it, since you can avail yourself of the 24 hour entry permit exemption policy.
