Colombian citizen visiting Portugal needing VISA to visit China for tourism

Hello there,
I am going to be in Europe for 3 months and I will go to Asia after. I would like to apply while in Portugal. I am not a resident of Portugal, can I still apply there?
Thank you.

Yes, you can apply there. In addition to the basic documents required for submission, such as passport, photocopy of the passport, application form, passport style photo, round-trip tickets and hotel reservations, you should also provide the original and photocopy of your Portuguese entry permit.
