I am a rat and my wife is a horse, we have been in marriage for more than 26years.

In the past couple of years she seem to have lost interest in me. But we live together and care for each other but will it work

Um, her lost of interest to you should be a temporary behavior. So don’t worry, just care her more. If you really feel something wrong between you two, try to communicate with her and solve it.
