About:Chinese Permanent Residence Permit

In what ways this can effect my future application for permanent R in Wuhan?

I am Magdi from Sudan ,32-year old, i registered marriage with my chinese wife in June 2008 in wuhan. i have two kids , bought a shop by my wife name, and for legal reason a house in my wife's father name , and another house and a car by my wife name. i am doing business in another city in china called yiwu for the last five years we register ed the business by my wife name . because i want to apply for permanent residence in 2013 so i successfully registered a partnership company with my wife 90% for me (business license has been issued in yiwu) , but at the last step issuing working permit card has been refused by authorities in yiwu city , the reason is that , i have a visiting relative residence in wuhan so in order to get working permit card my residence should change to business and should be issued where i registered my company yiwu. By the way i hold visiting relative residence for more than four years.

Hi abuharira, you'd better find you a lawyer or visa agency for the latest information. As I know it is too hard to get permanent residence for China. Or, as you were told, you can change your visa to a business F. Then, apply for a work visa after you get your work permit.
