Can someone suggest an itinerary

Hi there!
May I know how can I get to White Water River from Lijiang Old Town (transportation method, time and cost please). And how long I should spend there? Can I do Old Town and this scenic spot on this page in 1 day?
Another day for Old Town of Shuhe and Baisha Village
Tiger Leaping Gorge in one day
Is it okay with this itinerary for 3 days there?

At the Hongtaiyang Square, take bus no. 7 to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain in an hour. At the main entrance of the scenic area, you can take the eco shuttle bus to Baishuihe directly, which costs CNY20 per person and takes around 10min. By the way, the bus no. 7 to the snow mountain costs CNY10. If possible, you can stay for one day in the snow mountain and the attractions inside.

The plan for other two days is feasible.
