About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

Transit visa from Geneva to Beijing to US for business meetings

I have an employee traveling form Geneva to Beijing to Houston. Will the 72 hour free transit apply for this routing?

Which country does he or she come from? If the country is included in the 51 countries listed above on this page, and the layover is not more than 72 hours, the 72 hour free transit policy can be used.
