hi, i m from germany. will apply for a business visa, which i should get within 4 days.

Question

now i think about to invite my gf from philipines, she is student and has no income. passport already prepared, but now i m thinking about how she should apply for her application.1st / i can send her a invitation letter, and confirm that i am going to pay for all, also for the flight + hotel bookings. and she apply for a L type! would there be any problem to deny the application?2nd wayi can let someone in china write for an invitation, with chinese id, and then she should apply with the other requierements a L type?what u think is the best solution to get a L type for her?

Lorie, I personally think the first solution sounds much better. If she hasn't been to China before, she needs to provide financial proof. If she can't, she can write a letter of explanation that you will burden all the costs during her stay in China. If she visited PRC before, financial proof isn't required.
