hi, i m from germany. will apply for a business visa, which i should get within 4 days.

now i think about to invite my gf from philipines, she is student and has no income. passport already prepared, but now i m thinking about how she should apply for her application.
1st / i can send her a invitation letter, and confirm that i am going to pay for all, also for the flight + hotel bookings. and she apply for a L type! would there be any problem to deny the application?
2nd way
i can let someone in china write for an invitation, with chinese id, and then she should apply with the other requierements a L type?

what u think is the best solution to get a L type for her?
