About:Visa Policy of China

Travelling as a dual citizen

I m planning to transit in PVG (for less than 24 hr) on my way back to South East Asia. However I plan to use my birth country passport; Will it trouble me with Custom in China? I know that airlines will check if I have proper document before let me board the plane but how about Chinese Custom and Border about this? Anyone has a similar experience? Thanks!

Fred, you need to use the passport you used to buy the air tickets. Suppose you bought the air tickets with the other one rather than your birth country passport, then you can't use your birth country passport for the transit.
