About:Embassy & Consulates of Malaysia in China

Visiting malaysia

I used to be a student in Malaysia before moving to china for school in September 2014. I switched schools without canceling my malaysian visa which expires in august 2015. I have a 2month holiday which begins in july and I want to spend my holiday back in Malaysia and return to china before my school reopens in September. ..with all this information I have given is it possible to apply to visit malaysia for my intended purpose

Chilambe, do you mean that you still have valid resident permit for study in Malaysia? If so, you still have a chance to enter. But if your school in Malaysia report your situation to local entry and exit management bureau, I am afraid that you may be stopped at the immigration checkpoint. So I personally think that you should apply for a new one from Malaysian embassy in China for your visit. This is the safest way.
