can I buy SNOW BEER at the Airport before my flight to Shanghai to bring as a gift to friends?

Yes, you can only bring 1.5 L liquors and need to consign.
Beers aren't allowed to carry with you on the plane. If you buy more than 1.5 L, you need to declare at the customs and pay taxes to the part in excess.
