72 hour transit exemption
Does the 72 hour visa exemption apply to passengers arriving via cruise ship that docks in Baoshan, China and we are then transported by bus directly to our hotel in Shanhai.
If yes and we leave the ship and clear customs by noon, at what time of day does the 72 hours begin?
