Hi,I just want to find out the following:1. What are the required documents to obtain a No criminal record?2. What is the actual cost for the NO criminal record certificate?3. Where can I apply to get the No criminal record in Jiangxi Province? Any emails or contact numbers will be appreciated.4. Will it be possible for me to get a No criminal record with only a bio-data page of the passport which I have lost in which I travelled to China?5. Is it possible to get a No criminal record certificate for entire China?Any suggestions will be highly appreciated. Thank you.

Have you stayed in China for a long time and want to apply for a no criminal record for your stay in China? Or you are just applying the no criminal record to get a job in China?

Hi,Thank you for the response. My purpose for getting the no criminal record is that I am applying for the spouse entry permit in Australia and I have visited and worked in China from 2007 to 2008. As I have lost the passport in which I have worked and stayed in China, but luckily got the scanned copy of bio data page and last page, I am worried and need advice for the process of No criminal record from China. You should take your passport and proofs showing your stay and work in China for the year to the ntary office of your last residence place in Chna and request for a no criminal record.
