is it a good time to visit taipei during mid may? will the rain affect outdoor activities?

ReplyWell, it rains almost every day in May. The outdoor activities would be affected. If your time is flexible, it would be much better to go during Nov. to next Mar. when the weather condition is much more pleasant.10Reply
