i am moving to Taiyuan next week. are there any tattoo shops in the city?

Yes, there are several good tattoo shops. I happen to know a Chrysophoron (Hupo) Tattoo Shop located at no. 46, Xi Jia Dao, Kaihua Temple, Yingze District. You can go for a try!
