About:Top 8 Shopping Areas in Shanghai

I will be visiting Shanghai this fall & am looking for tattoo shops.

My hope is to find a reputable local artist, that I may make arrangements with, in advance of my visit. Any advice would be appreciated.

I heard the Zhencang Tattoo studio at No. 416A South Xiangyang Road (Near West Jianguo Road),Xuhui District is a nice one and it is suggested for you.
