From T3 to T2 in 145 minutes???

We arrive on March 5 with the Tyrolean Airways flight OS 63 at 10:20 in T3 Beijing Capital Apt.
I want to buy a flight to Kunming, have I enough time to take the flight12:45 ( MU5714 China EasternAirlines) in T2, or am I forced to take a later flight?
