from t3 to t2 in 145 minutes???

Hello, We arrive on March 5 with the Tyrolean Airways flight OS 63 at 10:20 in T3 Beijing Capital Apt. I want to buy a flight to Kunming, have I enough time to take the flight12:45 ( MU5714 China EasternAirlines) in T2, or am I forced to take a later flight?In advance thank you ..

Maybe a later one is better. If you arrive at 10:20, it would take about 30min to get your luggage and go out T3, then about 30min to T2. The would stop boarding about 30 to 45min in advance. You still need time for the luggage arrangement. It is a little risky.
