i already been to china on student type entry permit, now i have applied once again, what documents do i need ?

1. a valid passport and a photocopy of it; 2. an application form with your recently taken photo on it; 3. the original and photocopy of your admission letter; 4. the original and photocopy of JW201 or 202 form; 5. education background certificate attested by the Pakistani Foreign Affairs Ministry; 6. your medical report issued by a local public hospital and authenticated by the Pakistani Foreign Affairs Ministry.
