but I have secound home visa of malaysia becouse my wife is malaysian. i want to visit hong kong macau and mainand China. so can i apply for all from malaysia or want to go back pakistan to get it? and i need agent for it or submit directly to the embassy.

Abbasi, I have no idea whether you can apply for a single L type from CVASC branch in Malaysia. You know, Pakistanis can't apply for individual L types from Chinese embassy in Pakistan. Anyway, you may confirm this with CVASC branches in Malaysia.
