About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

I am from South Africa and would like to apply for a tourist visa to china in Manila.

they say I need to apply in South Africa , I am in the Philippines, is there anyway around this?

Kasha, if you were told to apply in your own country, then you have no choice but go back to apply.

U Can go to chinese embassy in Philipines and apply for it, sure, u can get one, or i got some friends there, if u want further help u can ask me
