will they have mail back services when they go to seattle?

Question

Since they will only stay at seattle for a couple days, will they provide mail back service? The official website says passport renewal takes about 15 business days. Do they have expedite processing for renewal?  Thanks

Troy, I checked the website of Chinese consulate. It mentions that the applicants have to pick up their own passports with the receipt on their own. Or they can ask someone else to pick it up on their behalf. So I think there is no mail-back service. Besides, there is no rush or express service for passport renewal.
