return mail envelope back to the us?

Question

I would like to send a letter to individual in Fengcheng with a postage-paid return envelope for them to send back to me in the US.  What is the best way to do this?  Will their postal service allow US paid postage or does it have to have China paid postage?  Will it be easy for them to just return to me in US?  Thanks, Meg B.
