Hello, i would like to travel to china for 4 days on chinese new year.

I am a lebanese citizen actually residing in seoul and my ARC card expires in 5 months and 19 days. Am I still eligible for a tourist visa or will they refuse my application?

As the remained validity of the ARC is not required for the application, I think it's OK for your to apply for the toursit enrtry permit.
