Visa requirements for foreign student

I am a foreign student in Shandong Province.
I want to visit south Korea coming April for tour.
Will want to know the tourist entry permit requirements that come with being a foreign student.
And will want to know how soon I should apply since I want to see Korea in April.

You need to take your passport, the application form, and recent bareheaded passport photos to the embassy and apply for a C-3-9 type. The process takes five days.
