About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

Transfer T3 --> T2 within 75 min

I will arive to beijing with air china Terminal #3 at 11:40 from Austria and my connection flight will be in Terminal#2 at 12:55. Will I have enough time for transfer? Do I need to pick up the baggage? Do I need to take a shuttle? What is the procedure?
My actual info is to take shuttle bus in T3 -- Gate 5 on the 1st Floor till T2 departure (depart every 7 minutes). Is it right?

Transfer time is not enough as you have to change terminal. Minimum transfer time required in 2.5 to 3 hours. Yes, Shuttle service is available between both terminal on the first floor and departs every 7 minutes.

Sorry I forgot to mention that you need to pick your luggage and check in again at Terminal 2.
