Hi I am U.S. citizen so is my 3 month daughter, but my husband got his green card when my daughter is one month. We want to go back to Beijing to visit parents in law for a month. What do we need to do ??

As you only stay in China for a month, I think you can apply the L type for your daughter and you. Your husband is not required to apply for the entry permit. You need to provide your passport, a phtocopy of the passport's data page, a filled application form glued with your recent bareheaded photo, and an invitation letter from your parents in law.
