foreign girlfriend with child. Can we apply for S1 visa?

if I have a boyfriend working in Shanghai and we have a child together and I'm planning to visit my boyfriend with our 6 months old daughter from Philippine can we use the category S1...I was a former Z type holder but since I got pregnant I went back home and resigned. So I'm not a Z type holder and my boyfriend and I not yet married

Do you get married? If you both don't get married and can't provide your marriage certificate, I am afraid that you and your daughter can't apply for S1 type.
