About:China Tourist Visa

my cruise ship has one day stopover in shanghai

my cruise ship "Sun Princess" has one day only stopover on 20th May
do we need a visa for just one day??

If your next desitnation is not a part of mainland China nor Hong Kong and Macao, you don't need the entry permit.

thanks charles - we actually stop over in Hong Kong for 2 days (1) night just prior to calling in to Shanghai
