18 hours stay

Hi

I have 18 hours stay in Hong Kong airport from morning 6:30 am to 12:00 am. I would like to go out for a 1 day tour. At least I can spend 10 to 12 hours outside in Honk Kong. I like to see a city, exciting and adventures places. Which tour will suite me better and how much it will cost for a person. Please advice.
