Lost the tracking number

Hi everyone,

I sent a package three weeks ago by train because I was moving to another city. They said it would take two weeks to arrive but I haven't received anything. The address was correct, my phone number was on the package and yet, nothing.
I tried to know what was going on, so I contacted China post and unfortunately I lost the tracking number. Thus they keep on telling me that there's nothing they can do without this number. But there must be a way to find my package. So is there someone who could tell me what to do? do you have any solution, please?

Lola, you may go to local post office and ask the staff to help you check it. I believe that they have other ways, for example, checking the address, your name, cellphone number etc.
