About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

USA to HK to Beijing to UAE. Will I be eligible for the 72 hour transit VISA?

I am flying to Hong Kong (will go to Macau and Lantau) for 5 days, then flying to Beijing for 3 days, then flying to the UAE.
