tourist visa to zambia from hong kong (passport holder of hong kong sar)

Question

Dear Sir/Madam, My boss and his wife are planning to visit Zambia as touristsduring May 29-30, 2015 in Livingstone, Zambia, they are holding Hong Kong SAR passport, do they need to apply a tourist type to Zambia? Rose, Zambians enjoy 90 days free access to HK. I believe that it's a reciprocal treaty, so Hong Kong people also enjoy same period of free access to Zambia too. But you may confirm this with Zambian embassy in China before you start.
