It should be speedboat, which takes around 5.5h on water. You can board the boat at YC Maoping Port and it arrives in Chongqing Wanzhou. Considering the time from YC city to the port and Wanzhou to Chonqging downtown, the total duration is 12h.
Only one boat leaves Maoping Port at 09:30, but I am not clear the fare.0
