is it possible to go out from THE Airport without VISA

We are traveling Back to Amsterdam but we have à 20 Hour stop in china. We are planning to stay in THE hotel since we have our little Girl with us. My man And my Girl hold dutch passport And i have à filipino passport but holds à legal resident card in Holland.

Milrose, you can go out from the airport by applying for a temporary stay permit at the airport.

Just called THE embassy and they said i have to get a VISA,,,
