Apply for Hong Kong Visa from Seoul

Hi, I am from Vietnam and now I have lived in Seoul for studying within 2 years.
I want to apply for Hong Kong entry permit but after I read this paragraph: "From January 24th, 2014, applicants with ROK passport or other foreign passport in ROK are required to apply for Chinese visa (visas to China’s Hong Kong are not included) through CVASC"

I wonder where I can contact to get HongKong entry permit. And which required document I can prepare for the application?

Thanks in advance.

You can eiither go to the embassy in Seoul to submit the application or directly send the required documents to the Hong Kong Immigration Department. Documents you are reuqired to submit are the application form (ID 1003A), your recent photo affixed on page 1 of the application form, photocopy of your passport, photocopy of your financial standing proof (bank statements, saving accounts passbooks, tax receipts, etc.), photocopy of your transportation arrangement proof, and photocopy of the proof justifying your visit to Hong Kong.
