Hi Lee! You can apply it at other country. When your current one expires, you can go to Hong Kong or other nearby countries to apply for another one.

I'm not sure whether you can apply it in Hong Kong by yourself as the regulations are sort of obscure. Still you can have a try at the Commisioner Office of Foreign Affairs Ministry of PRC. If it can't be done by yourself, you can ask for the help of agencies. Maybe they have ways to accomplish it. The office offers rush service for all applicants.

Well...I'm not sure, as the requirements are the same with that of Hong Kong Commissioner Office. In principle, if you are not resident of Macau, you can not apply from there. Perhaps you can try your luck. If the officer say you can apply from there, you can still entrust the application with an agency. For further information, see the website of the Commisioner Office of Foreign Affairs Ministry in Macau.

The CVASC office accepts application from 9:00-15:00 on working days. It does not offer same-day collection service. If you apply for the rush service, you can get your entry permit the next day after you submit the application.
