About:Hong Kong Airport Express Travel Pass

Issue for purchasing a Hong Kong airport Express card

going to HK soon. i saw an Airport Express Travel Pass - 2 Airport Express Ride in their official website. i used my credit card to purchase it. but keep rejected. i called bank customer service. they said i got nothing wrong from my credit card. so, what can i do?

You can buy one upon arrival or try to contact the MTR officials via (852) 2993 3955 or online service on their official web.
