About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit
we arrive by cruise in Shanghai, can we spend 72 hours in the city before flying to busan, Korea?

Hello Gert, I'm afraid you cannot, as the 72 hour free pass policy is only available in airports, so you have to fly in and fly out.0
