About:China Visa

DUI. charges.

I was charge with a DUI.my driven license suspended for 6 months and pay $ 300 fine. In new York 2002.Will visa denied because of this. I get a temporary License for drive those six months.

Hello Carlos, indeed, there is possibility that yours may be rejected. I think you shoud consult it with the officer in the embassy or consulate.
