Us Tourist visit Hong Kong with DUI

Can I travel to Hong Kong for one week with a first offense misdemeanor dui conviction? Do I needn’t to apply for visa?

Hi, you can travel to Hong Kong without visa with a stay of less than 90 days.

A DUI is not a criminal act in most countries. AFAIK Canada is the only nation that criminalized it.
