About:Chinese Consulate in Toronto

Requiresment for China Visa for Infant with Canadian passport

My daughter is only 4 months old and holds a Canadian passport. May I ask what are the requirements for applying it for infant in this case?

Hi Mandy! You should submit her passport and the data page of it, an application form, a recent taken color photo, and other documents required depending on your purpose of visit for China. Perhaps you will be also required to show her birth certificate.
