About:Chinese Embassy in Portugal

Can I get a Chinese Visa from the Chinese Embassy in Portugal?

Hello I am a US citizen but live in Portugal.

Yes, you can apply it from the embassy in Portugal. The original and photocopy of your residence permit in Portugal are necessary for the applciation.

What if I don't have a residence permit. I work on a cruise ship so I am only in Portugal for two months at a time when not on the ship. Is there a way to get the visa in Portugal without a residence card.
