which is the best route from huangshan to chongqing?

I'm looking to get to that city from Huangshan. Ideally a night sleeper train and a stop off anywhere would be welcomed.

Well, there is no direct train between these two places. You need to transfer. You can take a train to Zhuzhou Railway Station first. Then transfer a train to CQ North Station. This way shall be the fastest one for you.
