10 Year Multiple Entry Visa for USA

I will apply for a multiple entry visa for China at the Seoul CVASC. According to a recent agreement between the US and PRC, it can remain valid for 10 years. What do I need to do to get such one from the CVASC in Seoul?

Cheers,
Tim

Tim, first you should provide the ARC card with the validity of six months at least. Then you need to submit other required documents, passport, application form, recent photo, round-trip air tickets and hotel booking etc. Please be noted that your L type must be valid for one year with two blank pages at least.
