Visa for Greek and British citizen departing on cruise from Shanghai

We are a family with Greek and British passports. We are planning a cruise starting and ending in Shanghai. We would like to stay 3 nights in Shanghai before the cruise but plan to leave China on same day cruise ends. What are the requirements for our family for such a trip?
