please let me know whether i am qualified for the 24-hour free transit policy?

I am a Bangladeshi Passport Holder flying from Dhaka (Bangladesh) to New York JFK in China Eastern Airlines having transits in three different city in China. My total flight details are:-Dhaka Zia Intl Airport to Kunming(Duration:2h 5m; Layover:1h 25m) -Kunming to Beijing Capital Airport(Duration:3h 30m; Layover:8h 15m) -Beijing to Shanghai Pu Dong(Duration:2h 30m; Layover:1h 35m) -Shanghai Pu Dong to New York(Duration: 14h 55m)Am I qualified to apply for the Temporary Entry Permit from Beijing Capital Airport to leave the port for sightseeing?

Hi, according to your description, your total transfering time in China is more than 24 hours, right? If so, you cannot enjoy that policy. You need to apply for an ordinary single entry Transit G for your transferring. After use the Transit G making a stop in Beijing, you can use it for a short sightseeing.
