About:How to Travel to China without a Visa

visa issues in China

I am an American businessman who have been doing business in China for a Decade... Travelling back and forth between the west and China. Never had an issue. Until now.
My visa is a m-business visa for a year, multiple entries but I must leave China every 30 days. Well, six months ago I overstayed four days because I was in hospital and last month I overstayed by a day because I forgot that October has 31 days.
The authorities told me to pay the fine, re-register in my area of Shenzhen and some other paperwork... All was done. Then they took my passport and on 12/26 returned my passport but my visa.was.cancelled and they gave me a temporary visa and told me to go to Hong Kong and get a nee visa. It suppose take aa few hours so I waited and then I was told that it was denied. I went the U.S. Consulate, called the u.s. Embassy and called two different passport and visa offices in the USA. No one can help. I was told that my name and pass port are flagged so it does not matter where I apply.
What can I do? My personal belongings are in mainland China, I have many pending business in China and I am not getting help at all.

Hi, vincent, based on your current situation, you had better fly back to USA first.
Usually, once one's name is flagged, it is hard for him to apply a new permit to enter China within a short time. There is no better method to solve this trouble than waiting patiently for some days or months. You may need to stop your business or do the business through other moethods or people. Some months later, you may try to re-apply and start your business on your own.
