Question

I carry Nepal passport.  Do I need visa as I have 12 hour transit time?  Also is there a hotel at the terminal before immigration?   Thanks.

No visa is needed if you just stay at the airport. If you want to go out, applying for a stay permit in Beijing is ok. No accommodation before immigration is available at Baiyun Airport. So you have to go through the immigration first.
