chengdu panda holding experience stopped

i heard that the chengdu panda center is no longer allowing you to hold a panda? we are planning on going in april could you advise me? i also wanted to find a private tour guide to take us there and arrange for this experience ,could you give me some names and contact info? thanks, barbara
