Shenzen visa for South African citizen and passport holder

I'm South African in Hong Kong and want to go to Shenzen for several hours as I have a business meeting. I attained an invitation letter yesterday and my flight leaves tonight. I tried to change my flight yet it's fully booked for the next two days. Is it possible to apply one for Shenzhen with my letter, ticket and passport?
